So after me telling the casino I had a gambling problem on 27th February 2022 but they continued to let me gamble they agreed they would refund me my deposits made since that date, I was told on 14th April 2022 my refund would be in my bitcoin wallet within 24 hours and now 7 days later it’s still not in there and now they are ignoring my emails and keep closing live chat every time it connects! I just want my money owed and be done with it, this is effecting my mental health very much

Dear Audrius,

As part of our regular withdrawal review process, we have seen that the terms and conditions of the casino were not met.

Our Terms and Conditions prohibit placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% from the value of the deposit.

We have therefore cancelled your withdrawal request and removed the winnings.

Should you have any questions please contact our customer support via live chat on our site.

Kind Regards,

WinMonaco do not show any valid gaming license. The Curacao company number shown on their page belongs to a completely different Curacao company.

WinMonaco show game logos for Quickspin, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play and several other providers they do not have any games from.

They do have games from providers like "Mr.Slotty" and "Platipus". When we checked these games were hosted on legit servers. We did not
check all their providers so can not say for sure if there are any pirated games or not.
