Gallo Casino do not have any valid gaming license as I can see. And their company "Prism Marketing" may be made up I cant find it registered any place.

But the games I checked are valid. They are hosted on the game provider servers.

Contact the providers and tell them you played their games at Gallo Casino , that you won and have not been paid your winnings ... For example they got games from BGaming ; https://www.bgaming.com/  Thunderkick ; https://www.thunderkick.com/
