The statement on their website looks like this;

We no longer accept deposits and gameplay as of 07:00 GMT on Thursday 26th October. Please withdraw any remaining funds by logging into your account before 22:59 GMT on Sunday 31st December 2023.

So they do not bring any reason for the closure, but they did earlier this year give a statement on why they stop accepting UK players;
Why is Casino.com closing?
This difficult decision was taken as a response to increased operating costs in the United Kingdom. Our UK customers will no longer be able to deposit from 17:00 GMT and play from 23:50 GMT as of Thursday, 12th January, 2023.
Million Dollar Domain
The domain Casino.com was one of the most expensive when sold in 2003 for 5.5million USD. The domain have not been sold after that. Will we see a sale now ? Time will tell.
