So after me telling the casino I had a gambling problem on 27th February 2022 but they continued to let me gamble they agreed they would refund me my deposits made since that date, I was told on 14th April 2022 my refund would be in my bitcoin wallet within 24 hours and now 7 days later it’s still not in there and now they are ignoring my emails and keep closing live chat every time it connects! I just want my money owed and be done with it, this is effecting my mental health very much
